Policy

It is important to us that your new saddle fit both you and your horse.  Upon arrival, saddle your horse with a clean pad and make sure you are satisfied with the fit and quality.  Keep in mind that a new saddle will not fit completely down on your horse’s back until it has been ridden a few times.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us.  Saddles can only be returned in unused condition.  Refunds will be less shipping and cost of replacing personal customizations such as brands, names, etc and subject to a 10% restock ree.

ShortGo Saddles are warranteed for 5 years from date of delivery.  This warranty applies to materials and workmanship and cover the saddle for normal use.  Items that wear under normal use such as latigos, stirrup treads, billets, etc. are exempt from warranty.  For damage resulting from a wreck or misuse, please contact us to discuss repair.  We can rebuild your damaged saddle to be good as new at a very reasonable cost.  Warranty does not apply to saddle bronc saddles due to the amount of abuse that these saddles are subject to.
